Working with travel notices

Use these instructions to understand the process for working with travel notices in Banno People.

Travel notices are only available if your institution is using a SilverLake core.
  1. Select an end user in Banno People, and then visit their Permissions screen.
  2. Scroll to the Travel notices section.
  3. Choose a situation and follow the corresponding steps.
    Situation Steps
    Enabling travel notices
    1. Select the Enable toggle.
    Creating travel notices
    1. Select Add travel notice.
    2. Complete the Destinations and Dates fields.
    3. Select any cards that the end user wants to use while traveling.
    4. Select Save.
    Editing travel notices
    1. Select Edit next to an existing travel notice.
    2. Change the fields on the Edit travel notice screen as desired.
    3. Select Save.
    Deleting one travel notice
    1. Select Edit next to an existing travel notice.
    2. Select Delete.
    3. Select Delete again to confirm the decision.
    Deleting all travel notices
    1. Select Delete all notices.
    2. Select Delete all to confirm the decision.
