Organizations

In Banno People, Organization is a user type that is used for Banno Business tools.

Organizations can contain the Member of organization user type. The member user type is used to group users into an organization.

Organizations have organization-level permissions that can be set in Banno People. You can also set member-level permissions for users in the organization in Banno People and User management.

Note:

For banks, Jack Henry creates the organization during implementation. To have a new organization created, open a support ticket.

Credit unions can create organizations and organization users in Banno People.

  • Setting Positive pay access
    In Banno People, the financial institution (FI) can set Positive pay access for organizations and members of organizations.
  • Setting User management access
    In Banno People, you can set User management access for organizations and members of organizations.
  • Setting Wires access
    In Banno People, the financial institution (FI) can set Wires access for organizations and members of organizations.
