Send feedback

This option allows end users to send you information about issues they're having with your app.

  1. Select the main menu, and then select Settings from the end user's avatar menu.
  2. Select Send Feedback.
    If reporting an issue, the following information is helpful.
    • Details about the issue
    • The time the issue occurred
    • Whether the issue is ongoing or resolved
    • The error message (if there is one)

A new Banno Support conversation is opened, with the end user's relevant device logs attached to the case. Your institution's support team receives an email containing the feedback.
