Almost anything you do with your financial institution's browser-based online banking, you can accomplish using Banno Mobile.

Note: Features vary depending on your institution's implementation. Some features are only available if your institution enables them or if your institution has a vendor compatible with Banno Mobile.

  • Changing the account nickname
    Use these instructions for understanding the process for changing an account nickname in Banno Mobile.
  • Account balance configuration
    Your financial institution can choose the balances that you want to show to your end users in your apps.
  • Changing the order of accounts
    End users with multiple accounts can prioritize some accounts over others in their list. With this feature, the end user can choose the order in which they want accounts to appear in the Accounts section of the dashboard and also on the Accounts screen.
  • Alert management
    Banno Mobile users can manage which alerts they view through the app, in SMS messages, and in email for their primary financial institution's accounts.
  • Budgeting tools
    Banno Mobile uses single sign-on to provide personal financial management (PFM) tools from within the Banno Mobile app.
  • Viewing accounts
    Get account information at a glance, including balances, statement dates, interest information, and more, or use handy actions like transactions, transfers, deposits, documents, and settings.
  • Full service credit card accounts
    Banks using Jack Henry Full Service Credit Card can view account details, including loyalty rewards balance information.
  • Electronic documents
    If your financial institution has a supported document imaging provider, end users may view statements, tax forms, and notices on the Documents screen.
  • Reorder checks
    If your institution has this feature enabled, your end users can reorder checks in Banno Mobile The ability to reorder checks might not be available for accounts that do not belong to the end user's primary financial institution, depending on the secondary accounts' relationships with check reordering services.
  • New financial accounts
    If a user opens a new account with your financial institution, the account information automatically appears in the app!
  • Opening a new financial account
    If your financial institution does not use an account opening product that integrates with Banno Mobile, this feature may not be available.
