Permissions

On an end user's Permissions screen, you can view and edit options for the following.

  • Remote deposit capture
  • Bill pay (if iPay Single Sign-On is not enabled for your institution)
  • Pay a person (if iPay single sign-on is not enabled for your institution)
  • Transfers
    • Internal
    • External - inbound
      • Daily amount limit
      • Daily count limit
      • High-risk threshold amount
    • External - outbound
      • Daily amount limit
      • Daily count limit
      • High-risk threshold amount
    • Member-to-member transfers (for credit unions only)
  • Documents
  • Credit and debit card management
  • Ability to enroll in Payments
  • Ability to use Zelle®
  • Ability to use the Manage Payments feature (if your institution has enabled iPay single sign-on)

  • Manage remote deposit capture
    See a list of the most recent RDC requests from your users, as well as the total number of users approved to use RDC, in the RDC requests section of the Dashboard.
  • Manage transfers
    You can manage an end user's transfer permissions by going to Users > [User Name] > Permissions > Transfers.
  • Card management
    You can manage a user's cards by going to Users > [User Name] > Permissions > Card management.
