Changing the order of accounts

End users with multiple accounts can prioritize some accounts over others in their list. With this feature, the end user can choose the order in which they want accounts to appear in the Accounts section of the dashboard and also on the Accounts screen.

  1. Choose a starting point.
    • Begin from the Accounts section on the dashboard, and then select Ellipses.
    • Begin from the Accounts screen.
  2. Select Two small arrows: One pointing up and one pointing down. Together, they create the icon to select if you want to reorder accounts. Organize accounts.
  3. Drag and drop the accounts on the Organize dashboard screen to choose the order of appearance.
    Note: If an end user makes a change in Banno Mobile to account order, these changes also appear when they log on to Banno Online. It also works in the reverse direction.
