Using a saved reply

Use these instructions to understand the process for using saved replies when sending messages to end users in Banno Support.

  1. In Banno Support, select Inbox and open a conversation.
  2. Select Bookmark icon that represents the Insert saved reply option Insert saved reply.
  3. Find the relevant reply by scrolling or by inserting keywords into the search box.
  4. Click the saved reply to make it populate in the reply text box.
The saved reply populates in the text box, and you can modify the reply or send it as-is.
