Changing the order of accounts

End users with multiple accounts can prioritize some accounts over others in their list. With this feature, the end user can choose the order in which they want accounts to appear in the Accounts section of the dashboard and on the Accounts screen.

  1. From the Dashboard, select the "" Ellipses in the Accounts section.
    A menu opens with options to Link an account, Organize accounts, select a dashboard View, and Organize dashboard.
  2. Select Reorder accounts option in the Accounts section Organize accounts.

  3. Drag and drop an account by selecting and dragging Icon depicting two vertical rows of dots with three dots in each row next to the account you want to move.

  4. Select Save.
    Note: Changes made to account order in Banno Online are also reflected if the end user logs on to Banno Mobile, creating a similar experience across both products.
