Publishing rates

You can publish rates to your site using Banno Content.

  1. Select the check box next to the name of the product category to be published.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, select Publish.
    A dialog box appears with publishing options.
  3. Select a situation and follow the steps.

    1. Select Publish immediately.
    2. Enter a description of the changes made to your rates.
    3. Select Publish.

    Your rate updates are published live immediately.
    Scheduling rate publication
    1. Select Schedule.
    2. Select the date and time that you would like the changes to go live.
      Note: You must always select a start date and time.
    3. Select Changes expire to set an end date and time, if applicable.
      Note: If an end date is selected, the rate updates are live until that time, after which the rate updates revert to the last published version. If no end date is selected, the rates stay in their current published state until you edit and publish new changes.
    4. Select Publish to schedule the rate updates.
    Tip: Adding a description of the changes made helps later on when you are reviewing historical changes.
