Deleting an organization user

Organization users with User management access can delete a user.

Deleting an organization user removes the user from User management and Banno People. The user is not recoverable.

For banks, the user is deleted from the core and NetTeller Back Office.

  1. Select My profile > Business management.
  2. Select the user that you want to delete.
  3. Select the ""Ellipsis button.
  4. Select ""Delete user.
    A window appears asking you to confirm that you want to delete the user.
  5. Select Delete.
A notification displays [Name] was successfully deleted.
