After selecting a monitor with unacknowledged jobs, you can see a list of
issues with the ability to view more details.
Selecting View details presents
a new screen where you can see what happened, and take any desired actions.
Issue snapshots
An issue snapshot shows an image of your monitored webpage at the time your monitor
detected the issue.
Ignore forever
While viewing the details for an issue detected by Banno Monitor, you have
the option to Ignore forever for that specific alert type for the
referenced webpage only.
