Alerts configuration
For some Banno alerts for your end users, it is possible to configure default channels, channel availability, and whether an end user can override a channel.
Note: The Banno team must complete these configurations for your institution. Create
a jSource case on the For Clients site for more information.
The following are account alerts that can be configured for your institution:
Account alerts
- Balance above [x]
- Balance below [x]
- Transaction greater than [x]
- Transaction less than [x]
- Check deposited (Ensenta only)
- Check accepted (Ensenta only)
- Check rejected (Ensenta only)
The following are end-user alerts that can be configured for your institution:
User alerts
- Login from new device
- Email address change
- Mobile phone change
- Password change
- User name changed
