Reports

With Banno Reports, you can view and export information about your app users.

We offer the following reports on the dashboard:

  • App usage
  • Bill pay
  • Transfers
  • Remote deposit capture
  • Conversations
  • Agents

Exports

You can export CSV lists of user information for any of the reports in Banno Reports.

To export a CSV file for a report, select the Exports tab in the top right, and then select Create to access the Create exports screen. Select the desired data points in the Engagement, Money movement, Support (if applicable), and Settings sections, and then select Create exports.

    Banno Reports appears in the Ellipses menu, but you can also get to Banno Reports while viewing information in Banno People.

  • Exports
    Select the Requested option in the Exports section of Banno Reports to export CSV files containing your Banno Reports information.
