Zelle® settings

Use these instructions to manage your institution's settings for Zelle®.

Your financial institution must have SilverLake and a contract with JHA PayCenter to use Zelle®.

  1. In Banno People, select the institution Settings menu.
  2. Select Zelle®.
  3. If your institution is a bank, use the Eligible account types field to choose the account types that are eligible to send and receive money with Zelle®.
    • Checking
    • Checking & Savings
    Note: Since checking accounts are the only option for credit unions, the Eligible account types section and its drop-down options do not appear for credit union users.
  4. Modify the end-user license agreement that appears when users first enroll in Zelle® and whenever an update has been made.
  5. In the Reg D section, choose an option.
    • Select the Hide legal notice check box if you do not want the legal notice to appear in your apps.
    • Select Edit message to change the content of your legal notice.
  6. When finished making changes, select Save.
