Field definitions: App usage report
These fields appear when you view the App usage report. The following definitions appear in alphabetical order for quick reference.
- Active mobile users
- The number of people who use your financial institution's mobile app.
- Active online users
- The number of users who use your financial institution's online app.
- Active users
- The number of people who have used your online or mobile app during the selected date range.
- Average syncs by time of day
- Visualize the most popular time and day that people are syncing, as well as the average number of syncs for the average user and the average total number of syncs per day for all users.
- Enrolled users
- The cumulative number of people who create their online banking credentials by successfully completing the digital enrollment process.
- Mobile syncs
- This number represents how many times people synced information while using your financial institution's mobile app.
- Online syncs
- This number represents how many times people synced information while using your financial institution's online app.
- Retention rate
- The percentage of people returning to your app within 30 days.
- Signups
- Signups represents the total number of people who log in to your online or
mobile app without completing the digital enrollment process. Users may already have
their credentials without completing the digital enrollment process in the following
situations:
- Users are provided with a user name and temporary password by their institution.
- An institution migrates their users and bypasses the digital enrollment process. Users log in to the online or mobile app with their existing credentials.
- Syncs
- A sync represents any time that the dashboard is refreshed and pulls all the data for a user. It happens multiple times throughout the app during use.
- Unique syncs
- The Unique syncs field totals the number of unique users, not all syncs added together. Each person is only counted once.
