Holding account access for an organization user

Credit unions can hold an organization user's account in Banno People. Putting an account on hold prevents the user from logging in to Banno.

Note: This functionality is not currently available to banks.
  1. In Banno People, select Users.
  2. Select the user account that you want to hold.
  3. Select the ""Ellipsis button.
  4. Select ""Hold account access.
A message appears asking you to confirm that you want to hold the user's account.
  5. Select Hold.
A notification banner on the user's profile displays [Name]'s account access is temporarily on hold. On the Users screen within the organization's profile, the user's account displays ACCOUNT ACCESS ON HOLD.
To remove the hold, you can select Remove in the notification banner. A notification displays The hold on [Name]'s account access has been removed successfully, and the user is able to log in again.
