Editing a message

This task shows how to edit an existing message in Banno People.

Discover a typo in your latest message? No problem! After you send a message to your mobile app users, you can still edit the message at any time, and the message will update in users' apps. Users won't receive a notification of the change, but when they open the message, your edited message will appear where the previous version had been.
  1. Select Messages, and then select the message you want to edit.
  2. Make your changes, and then select Save changes.
    Editing and saving a message that has already been sent publishes the new changes to actual messages seen in users' mobile apps, even if you do not change the sent date.
