Payments

Banno Mobile offers several options for managing payments, including the ability to start support conversations regarding payments from the app.

Payments landing page

On the Payments landing page, end users can select from Activity and Payees views where they can access the ability to make payments, view recent activity, and manage payees.

Attaching payments to conversations

End users can begin a conversation about a payment or add a payment to an existing conversation by navigating to Payments > [Select payment] > Ask us about this payment.

While in an open conversation, they can select Payments, or choose Select payments within the conversation if the support agent has sent a prompt.
