Unlocking an end user
You can unlock an end user's account from their Overview or Security page.
- Search for and select an end user's profile in Banno People.

Choose an option.
- Visit the Overview screen.
- Visit the Security screen.
If the end user is locked (for banks) or frozen (for credit unions), the status appears at the top of the screen with the option to unlock. -
Select Unlock to restore the end user's access to their
account.
A message appears stating that the user was successfully unlocked or unfrozen.

If the user needs their password reset, select Send password
reset, and then select Email.
The user must reset their password before they can sign in again.

Select I'm done
The user's account is unlocked or unfrozen.
