Changing the account nickname

Use these instructions for understanding the process for changing an account nickname in Banno Online.

1. Select an account from the Accounts section on the dashboard, from the Accounts screen, or from the Accounts section in the general Settings screen.
2. Choose a situation.
   • If on the account detail screen, select Settings.
   • If on the general Settings screen, select the institution and then select the specific account you want to manage settings for.
3. Next to the account name, select Rename.
   
   

   

   
   
4. Type the new name, and then select Save.
