Activity: Sign-in failure
On an end user's Activity screen in Banno People, you can see if an end user experienced a sign-in failure and the explanation for why it failed.
The following table shows the type of sign-in failures an end user can experience and the corresponding messages shown on the Activity timeline.
Failure type | Message in Activity timeline |
---|---|
Basic authorization failure | Failed to sign in due to invalid credentials. |
Server-side error | Failed to sign in due to a server error. |
Dormant account | Failed to sign in due to dormant account. |
Locked account | Failed to sign in due to locked account. |
Outside the allowable time | Failed to sign in due to restriction on sign in hours. |
No valid accounts exist | Failed to sign in due to having no valid accounts. |
Cash management not supported | Failed to sign in due to cash management users not being supported. |
Cash management access denied | Failed to sign in due to not using cash management credentials. |
Service unavailable | Failed to sign in due to service being unavailable. |
Customer not found | Failed to sign in due to customer not being found. |
Cash management held | Failed to sign in due to cash management user held. |
