Members only

Banno Content offers the ability to include non-public pages of your website, accessible through a login. This feature allows you to restrict certain pages’ visibility, making them accessible to only assigned members.

To manage the various users and groups set up to access this portion of the website, select Members Only in the Content navigation.

Note: Not all institutions have members only access. For information about this feature or your implementation, contact your implementation coordinator or support representative.
  • Managing member groups
    You can add, edit, or remove a member group.
  • Adding new users
    Within Members Only, you will be able to grant access to the Members pages of your website to various individuals.
  • First time login
    Upon initial setup of your user, you receive an invitation email which includes a link to set your password. Select this link to create a password.
  • Manage members only pages
    With Members and Groups set up, you have the ability to create and manage non-public pages of your website, accessible only by the members you have set up access for.
  • Manage members only assets
    With Members and Groups set up, you have the ability to allow non-public assets to be stored on your website, accessible only by the members you have set up access for.
