A Message From Our Team

A little history, a lot of progress!

Twelve years ago, I started as a design intern in the Banno cave office. It’s incredible to think how far we’ve come since then. We’re now turning some major corners with the Jack Henry Platform, with Exception Manager playing a pivotal role in Rapid Transfers exceptions, Jack Henry Wires earning “seasoned resident” status in the Statement, and even Jack Henry Insights prepping for rollout as the next generation of reporting for Banno. Read all the latest below!

New FeatureJack Henry Wires

Jack Henry Wires

We’re happy to announce a new feature via our Data Hub integration as well as some exciting news about some upcoming enhancements that should ship soon!

Just expand this article for all of the details.

Data Hub Integration: Available Now

The Jack Henry Wires History data set delivered by Jack Henry Data Hub now includes near real-time data! Customers with the Jack Henry Wires History data set can now receive near real-time data into your data warehouse. From there, you can then query the data or integrate with other tools for advanced data modeling and further use cases.

Visit our Knowledge Base to learn more about Jack Henry Data Hub and the other data sets it offers. You can also see our JackHenry.Dev documentation to learn more about the Jack Henry Wires data set.

Wire Reports: Coming Soon

We’re in the home stretch with our native wire reporting, delivered through Jack Henry Insights. This functionality will let Jack Henry Wires customers view and create wire reports within the Jack Henry Platform back office, using Jack Henry Insights. This feature will come with pre-created wire reports for your financial institution that you can configure and customize in addition to creating net new reports with your wire data.

We’ll announce further details and release timing in future Statements.

Comments & Attachments: Coming Soon

We’re wrapping up development work on our Comments & Attachments feature, which will let your financial institution staff add internal comments to a wire or attach relevant files all without leaving the Jack Henry Wires user interface. All comments and/or attachments are purely for internal communication purposes and will not be transmitted to the Federal Reserve.

We anticipate that this feature will roll out in the coming weeks. Keep your eyes peeled for future Statements announcing this feature’s availability!
