User Type Labeling: Initial Results
Last month, we invited you to tell us how your financial institution refers to your various types of users. The initial poll results (41 responses) are in! The early data indicates that we should consider moving forward with the following user type nomenclature:
- Non-commercial customers/members: Consumer
- Commercial customer/members: Business
- Groups of customer/members: Households
Data from over 40 financial institutions is a great start, but we’d love to hear from many more of our Digital Banking customers before solidifying new labels. If you haven’t already shared your insights, please complete this form by May 15.
