Jack Henry Rapid Transfers™ & Moov Onboarding Update
It’s time for the next phase of our Moov partnership – Jack Henry Rapid Transfers! This new functionality will give you access to near-instant, secure money transfers for all your users, consumer and business alike.
All Banno customers on SilverLake and Symitar cores were sent an SLA outlining Moov Due Diligence documentation and other onboarding preparation materials. Don’t worry; our Core Director and CIF 20/20 customers will receive setup instructions soon as well.
Important!
We urge you to do the pre-work and setup in your core as quickly as possible – so that as soon as we release the onboarding links in Banno People, you’re ready to start enrolling through the Moov platform. We will be unable to configure this feature for your institution until those steps are completed.
