We’re excited to announce a new feature that will make life easier for your internal staff and your business users alike.

Now business users can modify their business contact information directly – without needing help from your team. This means fewer support tickets for you and more control for your business users!

This feature, which is available for Banno Business banks on SilverLake and CIF 20/20, empowers authorized business administrators to update their business email and phone number right there on the My Profile section in Banno Online.
